Offentligt utvecklingkapital / projektfinansiering

[:sv]Under en tidsperiod, vanligtvis ett år, arbetar vi med en organisation, nätverk eller företag vars mål är att öka sitt deltagande i EU-samarbetet och europeiska projekt. Organisationen vill förbättra sina möjligheter att erhålla offentligt utvecklingskapital/projektmedel för att bygga upp egen kompetens inom organisationen och för sina medlemmar runtom i Sverige.

Strategi för projektutveckling

Vi identifierar möjliga utvecklingsbara projektområden inom organisationen. Utifrån de möjliga projektområdena identifierar vi det europeiska mervärdet och hur det passar i förhållande till bland annat Europa 2020 – EU:s strategi för tillväxt och andra centrala strategier och policyområden i Sverige och Europa.

Projektutveckling, transnationalitet och partnerskap

Vi formulerar hela projektförslag, eller stödjer skrivandet, av de europeiska projektförslag som vi identifierat i samarbete med er organisation. Detta innefattar också att hitta det bästa transnationella projektpartnerskapet och att arbeta fram en budget efter de givna förutsättningar som råder i projektutlysningen. Vi sätter ihop partnerskapet genom att bland annat leda arbetsmöten på olika platser i Europa och Sverige, i syfte att mobilisera partners och förankra projektidén.

Projektstart

När projektet är beviljat medverkar vi till att upprätta en effektiv projektstruktur; översyn av upphandlingspolicy, anställningsförfaranden och kompetens, vi bistår i den ekonomiska projektadministrationen, upplägg av effektutvärdering och annat som behöver finnas från projektstart – inte minst ett fungerande kontrakt med EU-kommissionen.

• Kompetensutveckling och omvärldsspaning[:en]Over a period of time, usually a year, we work with an organization, network or company whose goal is to increase their participation in European integration and European projects. The organization wants to improve their ability to obtain public development capital/project funds to build up their own expertise within the organization and for its members throughout Sweden.

Strategy for project

We identify possible evolutionary project areas within the organization. Based on the potential project areas, we identify the European added value and how it fits in relation to, inter alia Europa 2020 – EU strategy for growth and other key strategies and policy areas in Sweden and Europe.

Project Development , transnationality and partnerships

We formulate the project proposal, or endorse the writing, the European proposals that we identified in partnership with your organization. This includes finding the best transnational project partnership and to work out a budget for the given conditions prevailing in the project application. We put together the partnership by including lead workshops at various locations in Europe and Sweden, in order to mobilize partners and gain support for the project idea .

Project

Once the project is approved, we are helping to establish an effective project structure; review of procurement policies, employment practices and expertise, we assist in the economic project administration, planning of impact evaluation and other things that need to be from project – especially a working contract with the European Commission.

During the implementation phase of the project we are working on specific actions in the form of process or project, where we assist in the implementation of the project activities.
