One of our key activities is to initiate transnational exchange and learning within projects or between organisations. The establishment of a true partnership, to start a successful co-operation and initiate transnational learning processes, is often crucial for the quality of transnational exchange.
The possibilities of transnational exchanges are often underestimated, however, an important part in EU projects. Though not too rarely, this is considered unfortunately as an aggravating factor in implementation. We are working instead to highlight and develop constructive added values through transnational relations aimed at mutual learning and long-term relationships in the partnership.
Strategy development for transnationality
Together, we are developing a strategy profile of your transnational work. This includes identifying the areas where you want to collaborate, to define the countries and to find possible partners for the desired co-operation.
Operations scheme
We will propose a business plan that includes the definition of activities, skills enhancement programs, concrete quantitative and qualitative objectives and milestones for the development of your transnational profile. The work plan is complemented by a budget for the planned activities.
Organization and implementation
Together with you, we will organize and carry out activities of your transnational work and business plan. Additionally, we will set up a monitoring plan that will be verified during the implementation process of the project, in order to ensure that identifiable results will emerge in the learning of the transnational work.
We process and participate to partnership meetings at various places in Europe. We identify key forums and conferences for the project, to spread and increase source intelligence expertise on the focus area. We can be responsible for the coordination of the entire transnational perspective and thus follow up on important policy and strategy discussions within the partnership and compile the results in report form.
European added value and distribution
All projects supported by the EU should identify the European added value in what you have achieved during the project period. This is essential and must be spread to more people in Europe. It is crucial to show that you want to spread the European added value and are interested in exchange of experiences on what you’ve done. We assist in this strategically important work by linking the project to key networks, political bodies and lobby groups.
We produce a written report file containing the main added value for distribution to other interested parties in Europe. Since we can communicate in English, German, French and Italian, we have an increased opportunity for close dialogue with partners at local and regional level in Europe.
