For organizations and businesses, we conduct skills interventions, workshops and training courses in several different areas of focus. Right now, we conduct workshops with organizations that are interested to know what changes they can make in their business to obtain project funding for future development efforts .Organizations today, ask themselves the question: What should we know and do to be successful in obtaining project funding in the next programming period ?
Step 1: Identify the needs of skills
We initiate a dialogue on the customer’s previous experience and knowledge of such European policy and project development. It also includes actions to review the organization own resources to establish a long-term work with partners in Europe.Together we developed a package of skills with identified target groups, which then are anchored in all different parts .
Step 2: Workshop, process and dialogue
One of our greatest strengths in 4EU is to convey complex structures in an understandable way. We conduct workshops and process and dialogue forums, often from a participatory way of working. We start working with new and current material and always adapt the educational material to the target audience .
Step 3: Follow-up and feedback of ideas and questions
People often presented concrete proposals and actions during our workshops. We always follow up with their the organizations and ensure that feedback occurs to the participants. We are especially aware of the specific ideas that can be implemented to proposals to build on .
Step 4: Peak expertise and project development efforts
The initial development of skills often lead to further work based on the ideas originated and their own wills to do more. We strengthen the support of skills with a consultative effort where it can be a question of building up an internal bank of knowledge and project development about EU affairs.
