For organizations and businesses, we realize skills interventions, workshops and training courses in several different focus areas. Among other, we conduct workshops with organizations that are interested to identify what they need to change in their business to obtain project funding for future development efforts. Today, organizations ask themselves: what do we need to know and to do, to be successful in applying for project funding in the next programming period ?
Identifying skills needs
We initiate a dialogue about the customer’s previous experience and knowledge in European policy and project development. It also includes actions to review the organization’s own resources to establish a long-term collaboration with partners in Europe. Together we will be able to develop a training package with identified target groups, that will be implemented in all different departments of the organisation.
Communication, workshops and dialogue meetings
One of our greatest strengths in 4EU is to convey complex theories and structures in an understandable way. We conduct workshops or process- and dialog forums, often from a participatory way of working. We start working with new and current material and always adapt the training to the target audience.
Follow-up and feedback
People often present concrete proposals and actions during our workshops. We always follow up with the organizations and ensure that feedback will be provided to the participants. We are especially aware of the specific ideas that can be developed into proposals to build upon.
Peak expertise and project development efforts
The initial skills development work often leads to a more deepened competence effort based on originated ideas and the own will to do more. We strengthen the support of skills through a specific consultative effort and e.g. it can be a question of building up an internal knowledge bank for project development and about EU affairs.
